Payment Online - Quickbooks Invoice

The emailed invoice you receive will have a link that says Review and Pay. Here is. where you can pay online using a debit/credit card or bank account. This is screen is also where you can set up Autopay.

Alternatively, you can click on one of the appropriate links below to pay.

• This link is for $220 for the Monthly Water and Sewer fee.
• This link is for $200 for the annual Availability of Service (AOS) fee for addresses/lots NOT connected to the system.

In the "Full name" box, please indicate your full name AND the St. Mary's physical address/lot number you are paying for.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon to 9249 South Broadway, #200-344, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. Please mail your payment at least 5-7 business days before the due date specified on your bill. 

Payment through Zelle

Please contact us if you would like to send your payment through Zelle. Due to daily, weekly, and monthly limits, we need to monitor how many customers are paying through this service.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Your financial institution may offer the ability to pay bills using an online bill payment service through their website/app. These vary based on the bank, so please consult with your bank for more information.
