Hello St. Mary's Community Members,

As of today (4/16), the transition is complete to our new accounting firm, NMHolder Financials, Inc. Pinnacle is no longer contracted with our District.

To make accounting processes more efficient, we are switching away from the online payment system, eUnify. Moving forward, invoices will be sent from QuickBooks and can be paid online or via check. 

In approximately 1 week we will verify who has not yet paid for April and reissue invoices from QuickBooks. There will be an option through that invoice to pay online. If you would still like to pay with a check please send it to:

During this transition period of April and May, we will not issue late fees for accounts paid within 60 days.
